Properties

fermentables: readonly FermentableAddition[]

The grist and any sugars or extracts the measured wort contains.

measuredGravity: number

Measured gravity, SG.

measuredVolumeL: number

Volume the measurement corresponds to, litres.

Calculation options. Defaults apply to anything left out.

stage?: "fermenter" | "pre-boil" | "post-boil"

Which point the sample was taken at. pre-boil and post-boil samples see different subsets of the grist, so the stage matters.
