    Acids dosed into the mash. Acidulated malt is read off the grist instead.

    grist: readonly FermentableAddition[]

    The grist. Only mashed and steeped grain buffers; sugars and extracts do not.

    mashVolumeL: number

    Mash water volume, litres.

    options?: MashPhOptions

    Model settings. Missing fields fall back to DEFAULT_MASH_PH_OPTIONS.

    water: WaterProfile

    The water in the mash tun, after dilution and after all mineral salts. Bicarbonate from baking soda, chalk or slaked lime goes here and not in acidAdditions, otherwise it gets counted twice.
