Braukaiser model" uses this form. Brewer's Friend's
growthRateCurveBraukaiserStir and Homebrew Dad's calculator
(http://www.brewunited.com/yeast_calculator.php) are both this line with a
clamp at zero.
We copy the model as published. We don't smooth the corner at 1.4,
extrapolate past GROWTH_CEASES_INOCULATION_RATE, or interpolate
between the agitation modes, because Kai didn't publish any of those.
