    Acids added.

    acidifySparge?: boolean

    Acidify the sparge water. Defaults to false.

    dilutionFraction?: number

    Share of the brewing water replaced with RO/distilled, 0–1. Defaults to 0.

    dilutionProfile?: WaterProfile

    What the dilution water is. Defaults to ion-free RO.

    saltAdditions?: readonly SaltAddition[]

    Salts added.

    sourceProfile: WaterProfile

    The water as it comes out of the tap or the bottle.

    spargeAcid?: AcidId

    Which acid to dose the sparge with. Defaults to lactic.

    spargeAcidConcentrationPercent?: number

    Sparge acid strength, % w/w. Defaults to the acid's own default.

    spargeSourceProfile?: WaterProfile

    Sparge water source when it differs from the mash source. Defaults to the same.

    spargeTargetPh?: number

    Target sparge pH. Defaults to 5.5.

    targetMashPh?: number

    Target mash pH used for advice and warnings. Defaults to 5.4.

    targetProfile?: WaterProfile

    A target profile to report the achieved water against. Purely informational.
