    equipment: EquipmentProfileInput

    The equipment profile it will be brewed on. Missing capacities skip their checks.

    now?: Date

    The time to judge the pitch at, for yeast viability.

    There's no default, because reading the clock here would give different answers for the same recipe and make it hard to test. If it's omitted the pitch check doesn't run. See recipeChecks.

    recipe: RecipeInput

    The recipe being checked.

    styleBands?: StyleBands | null

    The chosen style's bands, or null when no style is chosen.
