    Cells per pack when a selection does not state one, billion. Defaults to 100.

    og: number

    Wort gravity, SG.

    pitchDate?: Date

    Date the pitch happens. Defaults to now.

    pitchRate?: number

    Pitch rate override, M cells/mL/°P. Defaults from the first yeast's type.

    volumeL: number

    Volume of wort being pitched, litres.

    yeasts: readonly YeastSelection[]

    The yeast rows being pitched. The first one's type sets the default pitch rate.
