Grain in the tun, kilograms. Unchanged, because a decoction returns its grain.

tempC: number

Where the mash actually landed, °C.

thicknessLPerKg: number

Thickness after the return, litres per kilogram.

waterL: number

Water still in the tun, litres, after the pull's evaporation.
