    The ion in the treated water, ppm.

    deltaPpm: number

    achieved − target. Negative means short.

    ion: WaterIon

    The ion.

    label: string

    Display label for the ion, such as Ca²⁺.

    sourcePpm: number

    The ion in the source water after any dilution, ppm.

    targetPpm: number

    The ion in the target, ppm.

    tolerancePpm: number

    How far the ion may miss the target and still count as a fit, ppm.

    withinTolerance: boolean

    True when the miss is inside the tolerance, or the ion carries no weight in the fit.
