Function starterGrowth

The starter wort and the growth model, re-exported so callers can import everything starter-related from here. The header explains why they live in starter-growth.ts.

Grow a pitch in a starter.

new cells   = growthRate(inoculation, method) × DME
final       = cells + new
```
Cells are never lost here. The model's floor is zero growth, so a starter pitched too thick returns what went in. The cells are still alive, they just had nothing to eat.
