Function resolvePullRatio

resolvePullRatio(

grainAbsorptionLPerKg: number,
): { clamped: boolean; ratioLPerKg: number | null }
The pull ratio a spec asks for, clamped to what's physically possible.

Returns null for a grain-free pull. An explicit ratioLPerKg wins over thickness. Either way the result is never below the grain's own absorption, and clamped says whether that floor was applied.
Parameters

Returns { clamped: boolean; ratioLPerKg: number | null }

  true when the requested ratio was below the grain's absorption and was raised to it.
- ReadonlyratioLPerKg: number | null
  
  Liters of liquid per kilogram of grain in the pull, or null for a grain-free pull.
